the long
way here.

I didn't really plan any of this. One thing led to another, and I went from watching Java tutorials on an old laptop to spending far too much time on CTFs, security research, and other random projects.

  1. The first spark

A laptop and a Java tutorial

Borrowed my dad's work laptop, ended up on YouTube, and somehow wrote my first hello world instead of watching Minecraft all morning.

  2. Side quests

    A few new rabbit holes

Built my first PC, started messing around with Android development, and found a very long ethical hacking video.

  3. Finding my people

Finding people who liked the same stuff

Got into cybersecurity properly, became a ZeroToMastery Star Mentor, and found my way into GDLS.

  4. Down the rabbit hole

    CTFs started getting serious

Played HackTheBox Cyber Apocalypse with a team and kept coming back for more challenges.

  5. Making my own path

    Making things of my own

Helped run OSCTF, left GDLS, and started BlitzHack. Turns out running things is very different from joining them.

  6. Everything, all at once

    Quite a lot happened

Board exams, BSides Mumbai, BlitzCTF, and a team that grew much bigger than I had imagined.

  7. A different direction

    Changing direction

BlitzHack took a step back. I started internships and spent more time on vulnerability research and writing about the parts in between.

Still figuring
it out.

School, security, things I haven't tried yet. I'll write about it when I get there.
